SNI Financial is partnering with several fortune 500 and 1000 companies seeking a Financial Reporting Senior and/or Manager. The role involves preparing SEC filings, managing complex accounting areas, and acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare the Company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and earnings release), including the preparation and review of supporting documentation and XBRL tagging

Manage complex areas of the accounting close, including the preparation and maintenance of ASC 842 lease accounting schedules and the monthly consolidation of financial results

Act as the primary liaison with other departments to obtain required supporting documentation and information necessary to complete financial statements and SEC filings

Assist with researching, documenting, and implementing conclusions regarding the technical accounting treatment for non-routine transactions, new accounting pronouncements, and the update of internal accounting policies

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role

CPA designation or current CPA candidate

Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters, and SEC regulations

Self-motivated, a critical thinker, and detail-oriented with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
