Start in 2026 SpringFarmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa is looking for P&C / Brokerage Sales interns for their 2026 Summer Internship Program. The role involves shadowing staff, gaining exposure to the company's systems, and assisting with special projects while preparing for the Property & Casualty License exam.

Shadows ABS and PIA staff to learn about products and services offered
Gains exposure to the companies’ wholesale and retail computer systems
Assists with and executes special projects
Prepares for and completes Property & Casualty License exam
Accomplishes other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at an undergraduate college or university, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance, Agricultural Business, Business Administration or related field
Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred
Juniors and Seniors may get preference
