Responsibilities
Develop and optimize real-time lip synchronization systems for digital avatars, focusing on natural speech and facial animation across multiple languages and platforms
Build and integrate pipelines that combine text, audio, and facial animation to ensure avatars speak convincingly and naturally
Apply technical skills (Python, C++, scripting) to create, tune, and optimize systems achieving lip-sync generation within 1–3 seconds
Utilize AI/ML frameworks for speech-to-animation synchronization and system performance tuning
Map phonemes/visemes and integrate facial animation for accurate, expressive avatar communication
Ensure multi-language support and phoneme accuracy across diverse languages
Collaborate with creative, product, and client teams to align technical solutions with user experience goals
Design, test, and refine real-time animation and voice integration pipelines
Emphasize technical fluency and cross-functional teamwork over traditional software development tasks
Maintain awareness of avatar expression, emotion blending, and animation/visualization pipeline advancements
Support language inclusivity and innovation in avatar and speech technologies
