Responsibilities
Support environmental compliance programs related to air, water, and waste management
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental data (e.g., emissions, wastewater, hazardous waste)
Assist in collecting routine samples across the facility
Participate in environmental audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
Help develop and update environmental procedures, training materials, and documentation
Contribute to sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction projects
Research environmental regulations and best practices to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on environmental projects and corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science related field
Basic knowledge of environmental regulations (EPA, state/local requirements)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Familiarity with environmental regulations
Experience with data analysis
Knowledge of environmental science concepts
Skilled in report writing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
