We are seeking a Civil Engineer, EIT to join our dynamic Commercial Land Development team in Orlando, FL, where the Civil Project Engineer will support project management activities by providing technical and administrative support throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of projects plans, including the scope of work, timeframe, and budget
Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications
Design and development of engineering solutions, including drafting, and drawings
Conducts inspections and quality control to maintain high standards
Conduct research and analysis to support project design and development
Ensure the design and engineering work complies with industry standards and regulations
Assist in the preparation and evaluation of proposals
Ensure the projects comply with engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements
Prepare and/or present progress reports, including updates on project status
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
3+ years of experience with site design projects
Hands on experience with Civil 3D
EIT Certification or PE License
Preferred
Experience with commercial projects is a plus
