Responsibilities
Draw and release closing documents to the designated Closing Agent
Updating, reviewing and validating loan data to ensure loan documents are accurate and compliant
Review signed loan documents to verify completed, signed and dated as required
Authorize the release of funds to the borrower
Cross train in other Closing positions
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to work consistently against required time-lines
Preferred
2-3 years mortgage industry experience preferred but not required
Encompass Loan Origination System experience a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
