Real Estate Operations & Finance Coordinator
Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations & Finance Coordinator to assist the Market Center Administrator and agents in financial matters. The role involves supporting financial accounting tasks, providing customer service to agents, and overseeing administrative operations to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities
Support with financial accounting tasks and reporting
Support in ensuring our agents are paid timely and accurately
Support in industry research and analysis that empowers our agents with strong insights and market clarity
Extensive computer experience
General office skills
Provide extraordinary customer service to our “customer”, our agents, and aid in retention and growing their businesses
Oversee all administrative and operations systems in the office
Assist Market Center Administrator in overseeing agents
Computer input
Bookkeeping (A/R, A/P)
Support in team retention efforts
Conduct office trainings and engage audience
Support in the introduction of new products/services to existing agent associates and implement new company initiatives
Strong IT skills are necessary
Support in maintaining database management system(s) and multiple company tracking sheets
Providing extraordinary customer services to Agents and their Admin Staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial accounting
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Accurate bookkeeping and financial accounting, proficient
Google Docs skills in Sheets, Documents, and Presentations
Microsoft skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel abilities to build spreadsheets with formulas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Passionate about leading the organization and team to meet higher growth and profit goals
Tech savvy
Extremely detail oriented and strong attention to detail
Possess a 'can-do,' no excuses attitude
Problem solve quickly and remain solution oriented
