Responsibilities

Partner with client organizations to understand the needs of your search project
Work closely with our internal research team to formulate a search strategy and a target list
Source and qualify prospective candidates
Manage the day-to-day recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Alongside the practice leader, provide clients with professional market consultation
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Drive closing process, including offer and negotiations

Required

Engineering & Operations experience
