Review plans and prepare work plans for project activities
Review project quantities and manage project quantity book
Assist with cost report management
Assist with project CPM management, including regular updates
Manage major subcontracts and input quantities into JDE & Quantity Book
Prepare pay estimates for major subcontracts
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry
Must have strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Preferred
Experience working on heavy civil roadway/highway projects preferred
Familiarity with grading, drainage, paving (asphalt and concrete), bridge construction, retaining walls and all other highway construction scopes is preferred
