Responsibilities
Lead Quest’s enterprise-wide Responsible AI program, ensuring that all artificial intelligence and generative AI solutions are designed, deployed and governed in alignment with the company’s ethical standards, regulatory obligations and patient centric mission
Chair the AI Review Board (AIRB) and be responsible for creating and maintaining an Impact Assessment methodology to guide the AIRB in its case-by-case review of proposed AI use cases
Support the AI Working Group (AIWG), promote ethical awareness among stakeholders, and monitor for unforeseen consequences that may arise from the use of data and AI
Define what 'Responsible AI' means for Quest, establish policies and processes that operationalize those principles and ensure AI delivers innovation with transparency, fairness and accountability
Foster a culture of trusted innovation by empowering the people of Quest to lead the healthcare industry in the responsible and ethical use of AI
Qualification
Required
