Responsibilities
Execute day-ahead and forward trades across multiple U.S. markets and portfolio structures, including strategy development and physical asset optimization
Act as an internal expert on power market dynamics and asset behavior, advising the broader organization
Build, test, and scale new commercial strategies aimed at revenue growth and portfolio optimization
Support daily front-office compliance with risk policies, limits, and internal controls
Collaborate closely with teams across risk, asset management, performance, and operations to communicate positions and align portfolio decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in power markets, ideally with exposure to renewables and their commercial interactions
Solid understanding of project economics, budgeting, wholesale contracting, and power market arrangements
Demonstrated ability to manage trading compliance requirements
Strong analytical and data-driven skill set
At least two years of people-management experience
