Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Develops a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and business challenges

Acts as a visionary and thought leader in transforming how data is used across payments

Drives the end-to-end development of new analytics solutions and capabilities including ideation, product strategy, delivery, and commecialization. Work directly with engineering and data science teams, providing clarity around goals and acceptance criteria

Exhibits strong project management skills, effectively planning tasks and managing product delivery timelines

Leads cross-functional teams as both a direct and indirect manager

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Execution focused and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in decision making

Superior problem structuring and communication skills to enable senior management decision making

Understand how to use data to drive business value leveraging a range of analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
