Froedtert Health is a regional health network that operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial analyses, insights for volume forecasts, and timely reports related to business plans and capital projects.

Responsibilities

Provide observations and interpretation of data compiled from a variety of sources including: advanced understanding of systems and data sources

Independently complete financial analyses as they relate to ad hoc requests, business plans, capital projects and other strategies as needed

Independently distribute timely reports and provide meaningful insight

Provide insight for volume forecasts for the budget and business plan financial models

Gather data and analysis to enhance the FH forecasting models

Required

A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or healthcare environment is required

Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred

Understands the technical aspects and interfaces between General Accounting, Managed Care, Reimbursement, Patient Accounting, Patient Services, Financial Planning, and Information Systems as it relates to the job functions
