They are seeking a Civil Designer to join their dynamic and collaborative retail land development team in Orlando, responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for land development projects.

Responsibilities

Create detailed drawings based on require specifications, requirements and plans using Civil 3D

Collaboration and coordination of design with project team including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients

Prepare layouts, diagrams, sketches, and drawings for various projects

Review and modify existing drawings or models as requested by project managers

Interpretation of relevant codes and client requirements

Implementation & utilization of established CAD standards and templates

Assist in coordinating project documentation ensuring all technical requirements are met

Periodic travel to perform site investigations, measurements, and construction observation. Duty includes preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications

Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and related project documents
