Responsibilities

Identify, source, and recruit high-caliber tech contractors and consultants across multiple verticals
Manage rapid-cycle contract placements from first call to onboarding
Partner with business development teams to fill urgent client needs with speed and accuracy
Maintain deep pipelines for high-demand skill sets like DevOps, Cloud, SOC, Full Stack, Data and PMO
Negotiate rates, extensions, and renewals with both candidates and clients
Track placements, activity, and pipeline metrics in Salesforce

Required

1–5 years of experience in contract tech recruiting or fast-paced agency recruiting

Ability to manage multiple searches at once without sacrificing speed or quality
A self-starter mentality and the drive to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
