Automotive Sales Manager
City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Brookfield is seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager to lead their high-volume vehicle sales operations. This leadership role focuses on driving revenue, elevating team performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing automotive sales team
Drive sales performance in new, used, and certified vehicles
Desk deals, structure financing, and support the closing process
Oversee daily sales activity, gross profit, and CSI performance
Partner closely with F&I, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams
Maintain expert product knowledge across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and FIAT models
Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Ensure compliance with dealership processes, state regulations, and OEM standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of automotive sales experience
Strong closing, desking, and team leadership abilities
Experience with CRM, inventory management, and lead management systems
High-energy, results-driven, customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
2+ years as a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Assistant Sales Manager preferred
