Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions

Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers

Develop litigation strategies in close collaboration with senior attorneys and partners

Qualification

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials

Active license to practice law in good standing

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with a writing sample required

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Candidates should demonstrate a readiness to take on significant responsibility while being team oriented

Preferred

2 to 8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense preferred
