The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor will support the Fulfillment Operations by ensuring service levels are met, providing training and leadership to team members, and overseeing daily production goals.

Responsibilities
Meet all service level requirements and monitor workflow of assigned department
Responsible for performance related to meeting/exceeding company standards, holding team members accountable, performing follow-ups, and ensuring standards are being maintained at all times
Maintain and issue all paperwork related to performance, procedures, and evaluations promptly
Train, develop, and give recognition to team members
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service with a commitment to perform at or above expected service levels
Responsible for daily staffing needs, including the transfer of hours out of and into the department
All other responsibilities as directed by CSI management
Qualification
Required
3+ years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to prepare and analyze reports for production and quality, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Can train, develop and motivate team members to become successful, thereby increasing job satisfaction and improving retention
Strives to exceed all company requirements and industry standards related to the job
