Admissions Recruiter/Advisor

The Admissions Recruiter/Advisor is responsible for implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, advising students on enrollment requirements, and maintaining extensive knowledge of university admission policies.
Responsibilities
Host regular information sessions both virtual and in-person
Attend events such as fairs and others to network with prospects
Engage with prospects
Advise/assist on admission criteria and process
Coordinate with Muma Graduate office and collaborate on above
Assist prospects with applying
Maintain regular engagement with prospects and applicants to ensure high yield
Register when appropriate and assist others involved in registration
Hold information sessions to onboard students
Manage and host orientation sessions for new students
Connect students to mentors
Assist with professional development and placement activities
Occasionally advises students on progress in the program(s) and course selection
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Alternatively, in specialized academic areas, the position may require a degree in that field of study
Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree
Must meet all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S
Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position
