Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, consultants, and partnering contractors
Direct planning, design coordination, and execution of land development and utility infrastructure projects for next-generation data centers
Manage site selection, due diligence, feasibility studies, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and environmental processes
Deliver moderate-to-large scale capital projects including major phased renovations covering all building components and systems
Maintain budget, schedule, risk mitigation strategies, and project governance
Interface with FBI stakeholders, federal partners, local jurisdictions, and regulatory bodies
Mentor and guide junior team members while reinforcing a culture of accountability and innovation
Provide senior-level reporting, technical briefings, and project documentation
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
15+ years of progressive experience delivering capital programs or major infrastructure projects, including large, complex, or phased renovations
Experience leading >$25M federal or mission-critical infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing General Contractors, Design Teams, and multi-disciplinary engineering groups
PMP, PE, or equivalent professional project management certification (required)
Expertise in land development, site planning, infrastructure delivery, and project execution
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-demand, secure environment
Preferred
Experience supporting FBI, federal agencies, or ISC-compliant facilities
Knowledge of FBI Program of Requirements (POR) and secure facility standards
Familiarity with data center operations and mission-critical construction
Background in environmental assessments, zoning regulations, and land use planning
Experience conducting feasibility studies and evaluating land acquisition opportunities
