Responsibilities
Execute carrier and mode selection for Lennox shipments
Manage loss and damage claims
Lennox private fleet routing
Manage regional freight compliance for all shipping locations within their assigned region
Ensure that the quality of all transportation services provided meets the required standards
Develop processes that make Lennox transportation more efficient and organized
Develop annual cost savings projects that align with LII corporate freight cost reduction targets
Execute freight cost reduction initiatives within their region ($100k+ target annually)
Qualification
Required
Experience in supply chain management, specifically in transportation efforts
Ability to execute carrier and mode selection for shipments
Experience managing loss and damage claims
Knowledge of private fleet routing
Ability to manage regional freight compliance for all shipping locations
Ensuring quality of transportation services meets required standards
Experience in developing processes for transportation efficiency
Ability to develop annual cost savings projects aligned with corporate freight cost reduction targets
Experience executing freight cost reduction initiatives
