The Systems Designer I position is an entry-level role responsible for learning and performing basic low voltage systems design tasks under the guidance of upper-level design and engineering staff.
Construction
Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, assists in the preparation of designs for low voltage electrical system installations
Interacts with Engineering, Design and CAD support staff on a daily basis
Checks CAD-produced drawings against design input for accuracy
Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of Low Voltage Systems installation experience
General background and/or interest in learning and applying Low Voltage systems design principles
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred
BICSII technician or NICET II certified, combined with demonstrated design aptitude
