Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic business development efforts
Identify and secure new IT and Engineering Staffing business opportunities across multiple industries
Build and nurture strong partnerships with IT and Engineering hiring managers, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers
Work closely with recruiters to provide IT contractors that meet client expectations and industry standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of recent IT Staffing Sales Experience
Proven experience in business development and account management, in the staffing industry
Strong understanding of IT and Software Development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
