Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor for an established portfolio of clients, providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
Work closely with firm leadership to implement best practices and contribute to firmwide initiatives
Engage in hands-on, billable client work while maintaining oversight of client service delivery
Support staff development through coaching and performance management
Lead and mentor a talented team of tax and accounting professionals, helping to foster a positive, growth-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
CPA designation required (active and in good standing)
10+ years of public accounting or professional tax experience, including review, leadership or management responsibilities
Strong technical expertise across individual, business, and entity tax
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and lead a high-performing team
A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a firm that values innovation, integrity, and balance
