Responsibilities

Reviewing property tax assessments

Preparing and filing appeals of real property tax assessments, working with appraisers and valuation experts to analyze property values, negotiating settlements with taxing authorities to achieve assessments or refunds

Representing clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings involving property tax disputes

Staying current with changes in state and local tax laws and presenting insights to client or within the firm
