Responsibilities
Must have strong estimating and/or project management experience in civil construction, including utilities (water/sewer/storm) and earthwork/excavation/grading
Must have experience with HCSS Heavy Bid or Bid2Win. Experience with AGTEK and Bluebeam desirable, but not essential
Must have commercial acumen and possess the ability to break plans down into scopes, quantities, tasks, and production logic, as well as conceptualize a bid
Ideally from a subcontractor or self-perform civil construction environment
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week, with reasonable flexibility
Must be comfortable working autonomously and capable of owning all estimating functions end-to-end
Must be comfortable operating as a key member of the business development and company leadership team
