Responsibilities

Oversee that DJs in DJ group are adhering to FCC policies
Reviewing, editing, and uploading shows weekly to WPR’s streaming program and Mixcloud account
Work with General Manager to create educational workshops for volunteer DJs
Work with the Music Director to manage shows on-air
Create PSA sweepers to air between shows
Meet with DJs in the DJ group to review quality of shows, and help create promotional material for shows
Work with Wolf Pack Radio’s Promotions Director to promote DJ group’s shows
Build and maintain relationships between Wolf Pack Radio and on-campus organizations

Required

Candidate is enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno
Ability to maintain Wolf Pack Radio's brand
Ability to edit audio files in a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW, Wolf Pack Radio uses Hindenburg, Adobe Audition)
Ability to learn on the job
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of volunteer DJs to promote their shows
Self-motivated, organized and creative problem solver

Preferred

Knowledge of WordPress
Past volunteer with Wolf Pack Radio; understanding of Reno's music scene
