Responsibilities
Provide guidance and explanations how to use the new system to the customers
Respond to customer inquiries about the migration process via phone and email
Update materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation addresses to the customers
Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions
Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions
Collect customer feedback and share suggestions for improving processes and services
Document support interactions and prepare reports on migration activities and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Japanese: Professional/English: Professional level
Experience in customer support
Financial domain experience
Strong verbal and written communication (mostly in Japanese) with customer interaction experience
