Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements on an accrual basis for multifamily and mixed-use properties
Prepare monthly workpapers and reporting packages
Interface with investors and lenders
Maintain cash forecast model and monitor cash flow
Assist in budget preparation and review
Assist in year-end audit process

Qualification

Accounting degreeReal estate accountingExcel proficiencyYardi softwareMRI softwareCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Audit and/or accounting experience in real estate
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills including Excel

Preferred

Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software
