Responsibilities
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and intellectual curiosity
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, demonstrating integrity and thought leadership
Mentor and develop team members to enhance capabilities and performance
Manage strategic accounts and drive growth across Patient Services, including products, platforms, and managed services
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets
Communicate product value propositions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to support go-to-market initiatives
Collaborate with clients and product teams to inform roadmap priorities and design MVPs
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product development
Support pricing, promotion, and positioning strategies in partnership with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient services, commercial operations, analytics, or IT functions or comparable experience within Patient Services professional services roles
Proven success in client leadership roles within life sciences or data-driven professional services
Strong understanding of pharma commercialization, market access, and patient services
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence in a matrix environment and drive executive-level decision-making
Travel up to 30%
