Responsibilities

Perform billing functions for construction project(s)
Maintain a timely and organized invoicing process and supporting documentation
Collaborate and communicate with Project Operations and external stakeholders to keep the monthly billing on time and accurate
Work with the Project Team and the Accounting/Finance Teams to resolve discrepancies/questions
Continuously analyze project costs to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
Deliver a high level of customer service to cross functional partners
Support customer audits

Required

You have at least 1 year of experience in billing, and/or project accounting or finance
You're familiar with accounting software and spreadsheets

Preferred

You're familiar with accounting/finance in the construction industry
You've earned your bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management, cost management, finance, or a related field
