As a Self-Storage Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in finding the right storage solutions, maintain cleanliness of the facilities, and handle daily operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers and recommending the right storage solution for their needs

Keeping our facilities sparkling clean through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and light maintenance

Required to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Conduct daily property checks to check on unit availability ensuring each unit is customer-ready

Reconciling daily payments and making bank deposits

Helping customers stay on top of their payments by making timely follow-up reminder calls
