Build a durable book of business without artificial territory constraints
Focus on selling and client development
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience in employee benefits brokerage or an adjacent B2B sales environment (PEO, payroll, HR technology)
Proven ability to build and grow a book of business
Comfortable selling to HR leadership, finance, and executive stakeholders
Self-directed, disciplined, and motivated by long-term production rather than short-term wins
Strong business acumen with a client-first, consultative approach
