Responsibilities
Approve service entries in SAP
Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and contractual terms
Verify pricing, quantities, purchase order details, and any supporting documentation
Identify discrepancies or non-compliant invoices and escalate or resolve as needed
Reallocate vendor budgets
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide ad hoc financial reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance-related roles
Strong understanding of invoice processes and financial controls
Demonstrated experience working with automated invoice systems
Experience using SAP Financial Software to create and approve service entries, and look up payments
Demonstrated reporting experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience working independently
High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
Must be a team player
