Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases
Work directly with clients to assess injuries and provide legal guidance
Draft demand packages, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with medical professionals
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Participate in statements and EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) as needed
Collaborate with experts from various disciplines for case preparation
Take new client calls on a rotating basis
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
3+ years of plaintiff-side pre-suit personal injury experience
Strong skills in drafting demand packages, client intake, negotiations, and settlements
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
