They are seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Peripheral Nerve Stimulation who will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, developing business plans, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive success in their territory.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups, and establish and execute quarterly and annual key performance metrics

Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration, and clinicians

Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography

Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for the territory

Assist management with planning for and co-presenting in team meetings, conference calls, and national and regional trade shows

Monitor national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity needing focus

Hold self and others accountable for conducting business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role
