Manage multiple municipal and private site development projects
Lead engineering design for grading, utilities, drainage, stormwater, and construction documents
Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication
Coordinate with local jurisdictions, permitting agencies, and internal design groups
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
Qualification
Required
6+ years in civil/site design or municipal engineering
Strong understanding of water lines, sanitary systems, roadway elements, and stormwater management
Familiarity with Kentucky and Southern Indiana communities
Preferred
PE license in Kentucky or Indiana
