They are seeking a Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from senior engineers.

Responsibilities
Support the design of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems
Prepare plans, calculations, technical reports and design documentation
Assist with hydraulic modeling, system evaluations and alternatives analysis
Help with permitting, specifications and construction phase coordination
Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers and municipal clients
Participate in site visits to gather data and understand existing conditions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
2-5 of experience in municipal or water wastewater design
Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and an interest in hydraulic modeling
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in municipal infrastructure
Preferred
EIT certification or progress toward PE licensure
