Responsibilities
Own and execute the business unit IT strategy aligned to enterprise objectives
Lead all IT functions: applications, infrastructure, systems (AD & M365), and cybersecurity
Oversee ERP platforms and manufacturing systems
Manage IT budgets and drive cost optimization
Ensure compliance with SOX, SEC, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC
Partner with corporate IT to maintain standards and shared services
Build and lead high-performing IT teams
Identify and deliver technology improvements within manufacturing operations
Report IT performance, risk, and strategy to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven success leading IT in a multi-site or decentralized environment
Manufacturing industry experience required
Experience with Tier I or Tier II ERP systems
Strong background across applications, infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity
Willingness to travel (up to ~3 weeks/month initially)
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in mid-size to large (2,000 employees), publicly traded organizations
On-site at a BU location preferred; remote considered for the right candidate
