Required

BS Degree in Accounting / Finance

20 years of total experience with at least 10 years at a senior finance level in any industry or with non-profit organizations

Substantial experience in grant reporting, board/audit committee governance, direct and indirect expense allocations, reporting and tracking of multiple funds and restrictions within an organization, tax preparation including forms 990, 990PF, 990-T, government contract reporting, and coordination of audits

Strong Director of Finance/ VP Finance/CFO background at small to medium sized firms

Experience as primary interface with external CPA firms, banks, legal, and other professional service providers

Oversight of all activities of clients' financial operations for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial information and analysis, cash forecasting and management, strategic, operational, and tactical planning, and counsel to clients' senior management and financial support of managers and operating divisions of clients
