Political Account Coordinator - Customer Success

Responsibilities
Work closely with Account Managers to field incoming customer requests related to digital/CTV campaign planning and activation
Support customer strategy by preparing audience insights data from our proprietary cross-channel media planning software platform
Prepare weekly performance reports
Work closely with our Advertising Operations team to monitor digital/CTV campaign performance
Qualification
Required
Strong critical thinking skills
Hungry for experience in political advertising
Strong communication skills - professionally & with team members
Adapt quickly to new processes and concepts
Possess a self-starter mentality
Beginner-intermediate experience with Excel
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred
local to the DC area or willing to relocate
background in political, TV or digital advertising experience
