Sprouts Farmers Market is excited to offer a 15-week Financial Analyst New Grad Program designed to build the next generation of finance talent. This immersive program provides New Graduates with exposure to several key areas within our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization, equipping participants with a deep understanding of how financial insights drive strategic decisions across our growing national grocery business.

Responsibilities

Contribute to corporate budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modeling that supports executive decision-making

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze category performance, marketing investment returns, and distribution efficiency

Evaluate store-level performance metrics, labor productivity, and key profitability drivers to optimize operational outcomes

Support financial analyses related to new store development, relocation opportunities, and general portfolio evaluation

Perform financial and operational analyses to support business and planning decisions

Assist with month-end close activities, forecast updates, and management reporting

Prepare presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations for senior leadership

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trends, scenarios, and performance metrics

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth

Required

Obtained or be in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.(August 2025 - May 2026 graduates)

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial planning tools a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
