Responsibilities
Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals
Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs
Build email campaigns and executing traffic-driving efforts to support sales of devices
Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell through
Reporting on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management
Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap
Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)
Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMS
Qualification
Required
Experience in email marketing and campaign management
Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT)
Proficiency in editing XML and HTML
Experience with content management systems (CMS)
Strong analytical skills to report on email metrics and progress against goals
Ability to collaborate with design teams for creative asset production
Experience in developing email/CRM strategies
