Responsibilities
Support the lead Project Manager in end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives across multiple business functions
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Facilitate meetings, manage communication flow, and drive resolution of open issues
Support change management activities, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement for project rollouts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven success managing cross-functional projects
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization
One of the following is required: High School Diploma and 12 years of experience, Associate Degree and 10 years of experience, Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceuticals or training is preferred
Experience in new hire onboarding, especially for sales representatives, is highly preferred
PMP certification is a plus
