Technical Program Manager, Electrical Engineering, Google Data Centers

Responsibilities
Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria. Estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives within an organization
Monitor and communicate progress, and risks. Propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies
Measure and publish program and process metrics to drive consensus in teams understanding of issues, and to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Leverage the continuous improvement approach including ability to identify and implement process improvements for the larger group or organization
Seek out and apply relevant best practices from other Google processes and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license or a related field
Proficiency in evaporative and air-cooled process chilled water cooling systems
Knowledge of protective relays and networks
Knowledge of industry construction methods and techniques
Understanding of electrical engineering principles, practices, and related technical areas
