Responsibilities

Own and optimize HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Five9, Acqueon, Anthology, and related systems
Oversee tagging, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and conversion reporting
QA all campaigns, automations, and data flows end-to-end
Troubleshoot and proactively prevent workflow issues
Actively investigate discrepancies between dashboards, vendor reports, and Admissions feedback rather than relying on a single source of truth
Trace issues end-to-end (channel → tracking → routing → CRM → reporting) to identify root causes early
Align marketing technology with paid and organic strategies to ensure lead quality
Translate executive-level marketing goals into actionable system configurations
Support demographic targeting and funnel optimization for long-term growth
Balance data insights with frontline input when diagnosing performance or conversion issues
Oversee lead routing, speed-to-lead systems, call flows, and communication automations
Improve consistency across 10 campuses and multiple systems
Manage integration cleanups, migrations, and rebuilds when needed
Partner closely with Admissions and Call Center leadership to validate lead quality and conversion flow beyond dashboards alone
Manage paid media, SEO, and MarTech vendors with performance accountability
Oversee the Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, CRO, HubSpot, web updates)
Collaborate with Admissions on routing, reporting, and funnel efficiency
Validate vendor performance claims using internal data and system knowledge rather than accepting reports at face value
Escalate risks early when performance appears 'fine' but underlying signals suggest otherwise
Develop high-quality dashboards and KPIs
Run attribution, conversion, and funnel diagnostics
Recommend ongoing improvements based on data and strategic goals
Focus on incremental, evidence-based improvements rather than large-scale strategic reinvention

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
7–12 years in marketing operations, MarTech, RevOps, or growth systems
Expert in HubSpot, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking
Strong understanding of lead routing, CRM hygiene, and funnel logic
Experience with call center tools (Five9, Acqueon, or similar)
Ability to manage vendors and hold them accountable
Demonstrated problem-solving instinct when data, systems, and real-world outcomes don't align
Strong troubleshooting mindset and detail orientation

Preferred

Experience in multi-location, services, education, or admissions-driven environments
Experience managing 1–2 team members
Understanding of CRO, landing page tracking, and microsite analytics
Strong project management and documentation abilities
Familiarity with paid media strategy and demographic targeting
