Marketing & Member Engagement Manager - Online Retirement Platform
Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making in America by partnering with financial institutions to deliver tools and resources to support their members. The Marketing & Member Engagement Manager will lead B2B and D2C marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption of the SaaS platform, while also managing multi-channel marketing strategies and collaborating with credit union partners.

Responsibilities
Build and oversee cross-channel marketing campaigns that target all stages of the sales funnel
Create and manage sales collateral and workflows that help sales convert leads and prospects
Collaborate with the Sales team to discuss challenges and brainstorm possible marketing solutions
Manage strategy and calendar for multi-channel marketing campaigns across credit union partners (Channels include email, print, direct mail, paid media, events, SMS/app push notifications, referral, and more)
Oversee message testing, execution, and performance tracking, optimizing campaigns as needed to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
Align content and cadence with each credit union's internal marketing efforts and collaborate with credit union partners for reviews/approvals when needed
Develop all campaign content including email templates, social posts, digital assets, print materials, signage, web content, and more (Design is outsourced)
Work with the Marketing Manager for Medicare to ensure any mentions of Medicare meet brand standards and regulatory requirements
Deliver assets to each partner as needed and oversee review/approval process with partner marketing teams
Track KPIs for campaigns across marketing funnel, including acquisition, engagement, and retention
Monitor channel-level performance, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, to inform optimization and budget decisions
Deliver monthly insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data and partner feedback
Act as the primary liaison to credit union marketing leads regarding platform-specific efforts
Customize outreach strategies for each partner's preferred marketing channels
Support co-branded messaging and share best practices
Qualification
Required
6+ years of marketing experience, including cross-channel and performance marketing
A track record of planning and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable results
Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without missing deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working with partners and internal teams to align strategy
A data-driven mindset and comfort using metrics to inform decisions and outcomes
A knack for writing clear, compelling copy across formats (email, web, social, print)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you're empowered to test, learn, and iterate
Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign tracking systems (e.g. Hubspot)
Preferred
An interest in financial services, Medicare/insurance, B2B marketing, and/or marketing to and supporting older adults are a plus
