Responsibilities
Manage and support a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, ensuring flawless execution of financial and insurance solutions
Lead renewal processes and open enrollment activities with outstanding precision and attention to detail
Provide strategic advice to clients on self-funded group plans and other complex financial products, applying your proven expertise to deliver efficient outcomes
Collaborate closely with a dedicated Client Associate to ensure the seamless management of client needs and expectations
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as their preferred partner
Successfully implement new client initiatives and programs, adhering strictly to company protocols and industry standards
Find opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, using your ambitious spirit to drive business expansion
Identify and resolve any emerging issues with a proactive approach, ensuring the utmost client happiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
1+ years supervisory experience
Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
