Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support enterprise infrastructure: networking, servers, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity integrations
Support and secure GxP-regulated systems in compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity requirements
Manage enterprise network components including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, and firewalls
Maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, SaaS applications, and support validated application hosting environments
Participate in SDLC, validation documentation (URS, IQ/OQ), change control, and audit activities (FDA/EMA)
Strengthen security through compliance with NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, and internal cybersecurity frameworks

Required

5+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering
Strong hands-on experience with: VMware/Hyper-V
Windows & Linux servers
Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto/Meraki networking
Azure/AWS cloud services
AD / Azure AD / Entra ID
Direct experience supporting GxP systems in biotech/pharma
Solid understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails, electronic records/signatures
Experience with SDLC, validation, CAPA, change control

Preferred

CCNA / CCNP
Microsoft Azure Administrator
VMware VCP
CISSP or Security+
