Search Engine Marketing Manager

The SEM Manager will lead user acquisition efforts through the management of paid search campaigns, focusing on efficiency and data-driven strategies to connect consumers with legal assistance.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) focused on driving B2C user acquisition and lead generation
Scale & Efficiency: Manage significant monthly ad spend with a relentless focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing volume
Funnel Optimization: specific focus on the "click-to-convert" journey. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to optimize landing pages and app-store flows to maximize conversion rates
Data-Driven Testing: Execute continuous A/B tests on ad copy, bid strategies, and audience targeting to identify new pockets of growth
Reporting: Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team. You will monitor LTV (Lifetime Value) to ensuring we are acquiring the •right• kind of customers
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience, specifically in a B2C environment (Direct-to-Consumer, App Growth, or Lead Gen)
You live in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics. You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
You are comfortable with ambiguity, quick pivots, and wearing multiple hats. You don't wait for permission to fix a broken process
Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and conversion tracking setups
Preferred
Background in Startups, Marketplaces, or Legal/Mobility Tech
Experience promoting Mobile Apps (Universal App Campaigns / Apple Search Ads)
Experience with SQL or Looker/Tableau
